Scarf Plus is not liable for any damage or loss caused by using this website. We reserve to cancel order, if so all monies will be refunded.

All rights are reserved by Scarf Plus and its licensors. All text, images, photographs, logos, illustrations, data and any other materials provided on the website, which will be referred to as the content, is the property of Scarf Plus and may not be copied. You may store, print and display the content supplier soley for your own person use, however you are not permitted to publish, manipulate and reproduce any images that appears on this Website.
Scarf Plus reserves the right to change, alter or delete content at any time without providing any notice.

6. Terms of Sales

      a) Pricing

All prices are subject to change. Scarf Plus reserves the right ot make any changes to pricing without notifications. All prices on the Website are quoted in Australian Dollars including GST. There may be duties and taxed added to your package by the destination country. 

      b) Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can accomdate only if notified before goods have been dispatched. If items have been posted, Scarf Plus reserves the right to refuce order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee for a requestion of returning the package from our delivery service.

      c) Vouchers 

•  All vouchers are issued in Australian Dollars and are not cash redemptable;
•  Vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher;
• To redeem, simply enter your voucher code during the check out of your transaction;
• If you return an item that was purchased using a voucher, refund will be made the same way as the original payment method.

     d) Coupon

•  We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit the use of any coupon;
• Coupon can not be exchanged for cash;
• We do not accept expired coupons;
• To redeem, simply enter your coupon code during the check out of your transaction.

     e) Errors

Scarf Plus ensures that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, however errors may still occur. If an error is discovered in the transaction, we give you an option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and have already paid for, you will receive a refund.
